Like mother....Like daughter!!

Having the same huge love of animals as my mom does, I too have always been caught in many pictures with lots of animals, but I also hold a special place in my heart for cats!

My mom had told me about her experience with fostering kittens before she had us and it sounded really interesting to me. I was very excited to explore being a foster parent together with her.

Fostering kittens and cats has to be the most gratifying thing I have ever done in my life so far. You really feel like you are making a difference in animal's lives as well as giving back to the community. 

 

When we decided to start Opening Cages, I could immediately see how it would do so much more for animals and the shelter than we have been able to do for them already. It warms my heart!
